Business and Corporate Involvement

When you partner with the McHenry County Conservation Foundation, you invest in the community and strengthen your workforce’s connection to it. Corporate commitment to the land makes our county a more attractive place to live and work, raises property values, and protects our critical and treasured natural areas for generations to come.  Learn how we can match your specific needs while fulfilling your charitable goals. Get Involved:
Set-up a Corporate Volunteer Day or  Lunch & Learn program with us to engage employees in meaningful, purpose-driven work. Involvement from corporate and business volunteers have helped to plant thousands of trees, reestablish vital wetlands and prairies, and enhance local trails and outdoor recreational areas.

Become a Conservation District Special Event Sponsor to build awareness and funding partners.

Donate Charitable Dollars toward specific projects to enhance the value of the county’s open space.

Since 1999, McHenry County Conservation Foundation has worked alongside McHenry County Conservation District to help ensure land preservation, environmental education and outdoor recreation needs of our county’s residents. As a nonprofit agency, our role is to bridge the gap between public funding and the increasing cost of maintaining public lands, offering engaging programs, and providing quality recreational opportunities.
